Three ways to ask a question
- Intonation:
Ti voliš sladoled? (Ти волиш сладолед?)
— You like ice cream?
liafter the verb:
Voliš li sladoled? (Волиш ли сладолед?)
— Do you like ice cream?
da liat the beginning:
Da li voliš sladoled? (Да ли волиш сладолед?)
— Do you like ice cream?
With a question word
Ko je to? (Ко је то?)
— Who is that?
Šta radiš? (Шта радиш?)
— What are you doing?
Gde si bio? (Где си био?)
— Where were you?
Zašto plačeš? (Зашто плачеш?)
— Why are you crying?
